Liberals With Guns

Boy, I've gone unhinged with my assault on liberals these days.

You know, it's funny. Everytime a killer is on the loose, the media goes into over drive seeking (stupidly) root causes (IE supposed right-wing affiliations of suspects) of why someone is driven to such violence.

It goes something like "there is suspicion (or evidence) that the person had connections to the Tea Party" and so on.

More often than not, if ever, it's never proven mostly because it's usually not accurate or true.

Yet, whenever we DO know their affiliations (if there any) it's usually left-wing. The Unabomber was a classic case.

Whenever a "Manifesto" is left behind, leaving aside the cryptic ones, it's pretty explicit where their political leanings lie. Left.

It shouldn't surprise anyone really, since the left has committed the biggest state mass murders in the 20th century. You know the record. It need not be rehashed here.

And so it is with this nutcase killer cop on the loose in California. He wrote down who he admires and all were liberal commentators and figures like Chris Matthews.

Now. Do I think this means liberalism = evil or that Matthews is "responsible" for this? Of course not. That would be silly and unfair. However, the left does often do it anyway.

Witness how they suspend any rational judgment when it comes to pinning things on Rush Limbaugh. Will they go after Chris Matthews? I doubt it.

What about the dude who went on a killing spree getting, get this, a map of where conservative live at the Southern Poverty Center?

How come I had to look for this stuff but when the 'cross-fire' map on Sarah Palin's website after the Jared Loughner murders was found it was reported widely and consistently for days? They tried hard to somehow link Palin and her "rhetoric" to the murders. Of course, as time went on, the absurdity of the claims (which was stupid to begin with) became apparent.

All that "tone down the rhetoric" bull shit made me vomit from my eyes.

It boggles the mind.

Maybe that's why they hate guns so much because they have concrete evidence at what happens in the wrong (left) hands - and then they project.

Meh.

Speaking of "double-standard" reporting. Remember how often rising gas prices made headlines under Bush? Well, prices are still high and wildly so yet there's little mention of it now.

Funny how that works.

****

Harper rightly kicked conservative Senator Patrick Brazeau out of caucus.

For shame.

At least they react, it's rare you see liberals take this course.
