    I forget who said it but someone felt Carter wasn't a malicious or scheming ideologue. He was a harmless, weak leader who everyone knew was a good guy.

    Now I'm reading Holder is perhaps the worst AG in history.

    The point is these were the guys that were supposed to fix things...hope and blah, blah. They made it worse.
