It was an insane proposal with possible far reaching (negative) consequences had this passed.
It's sad that many people voted for it.
'Living wage' is a meaningless term. It's intensely subjective.
The best advice I can offer young people is to ignore these people. Or people who espouse such an idiotic and impractical (to say nothing of parasitical). They will destroy your life. Their views is directly the opposite of reality. If you have a brain, free yourself from the 'free-shit' crowd.
Don't take part in social protests advocating free things and demonizing one aspect of society. They're in it for themselves.
These people don't give a shit about you. Live and think free.

Once we extricate people from the drug known as progressivism, we can begin the process of rebuilding and healing.
