Is it me or was this incident where a man stabbed five people in a North York building under reported?
I could be wrong.
Anyway.
No one was killed.
Canada is no stranger, of course, to gruesome murders; indeed we have had our fair share of serial killers. The most recent examples were the killing by decapitation of Tim McLean on a Greyhound Bus.
And the disturbing and bizarre story of Luka Magnotta who killed and dismembered his victim Lin Jun.
With the California killing spree by the hand of a narcissistic and creepy nutcase Elliot Rodgers hogging the news even up here, just thought I might remind us Canadians we have our own skeletons.
Worse, we let some of our murderers out. Like Karla Homolka (thanks to a plea deal) and Denis Lortie (a paranoid schizophrenic who had his charges reduced to second degree murder due to a legal error) who now works in construction despite having killed THREE people during his rampage.
