When you're in a situation where politicians commit acts (legally or illegally) that threaten people's lives and freedoms (think Susan Rice and Obama on spying on Trump advisors for example) or bankers who take irresponsible risks causing the loss of wealth for investors who have no recourse while destabilizing the financial system are not arrested (in fact, they're protected by the political class) yet, parents are arrested for letting their kids play in the park unattended or the EPA putting small business owners out of business and ruining their lives over the slightest of useless regulations this is called a flagrant foul and losing the plot on justice.
